Q - How long does it take to process my order?
A - Processing of orders can take up to 48 hours for 'in-stock' items.
Q - Can I ship to mail forwarding centres?
A - We do not send anything to mail forwarding centres. If your order is going to one of these centres then your order will be immediately refunded.
Q - Is everything on your website in stock?
A - Sold out items should display as 'Sold Out'. Even though we work very hard to make sure all inventory is correct. Some items may be sold out. Please feel free to double check before placing your order by getting in contact with us.
Q - Can I return my item?
A - You can return your item with in 15 days of purchase. All returns must be sent back with all parts and original packaging. NOTE: We do NOT accept returns for consumables such as Blind Bags, Cards, Arts/Craft supplies.
Q - How do you ship my order?
A - Depending on item value we will send this items mostly with Royal Mail (UK Mail Service). Oversized items/ items of high value will be couriered by FedEx, DHL, UPS or DPD.
Q - How can I track my order?
A - You can track your order by going into your 'Account' and click on your order status, click the tracking number and this will give you more information.
Q - How long does it take to get a refund?
A - Most refunds take up to 24 hours, some banks may take up to 48 hours. If your refund is not your in account by this time frame, please contact us.
Q - What is your Pre-Order process?
A - We take payment in full to secure your pre-order, you will be sent and email confirming your shipping date. You can also check this date in your account.
Q - Can my Pre-Order date change?
A - All Pre-Order's can be subject to change depending on many factors such as production, shipping and allocations. We will contact you if any changes or delay occur.
